Hi Jim, Had 3 of the 4 kiddos over today... 4th is in SF... so it was busy for us. Tried the verotissary the kids gave us... the turkey turned out the best ever... 5 lb turkey breast I lashed to the vertical holder... usually for whole chickens etc. I got a 1 gig backup unit I can't get to work right... Etc, etc ,etc.. All's quite now... my wife and I are about to settle down to a long winter's nap... Bill
