No one who had actual health care insurance could possibly have seen their costs rise due to Obamacare. It's simply impossible.

If anyone saw their health insurance premiums rise, it only because they didn't actually have healthcare insurance.

A small number of dimwits had purchased scams which did not cover pharmaceuticals or hospital care and actually thought this extremely low-cost product was actually some manner of healthcare insurance. These people, and taxpayers who would have been on the hook for the real healthcare these fools would later need, had to be protected from their own stupidity.

There's another group of people who thought they were "Middle Class". These are people who had health insurance with extremely high deductibles they could not afford, who have been mortified to discover they qualify for Medicaid or premiums almost entirely paid for by the government. This has so disturbed them, many refuse to obtain medical insurance and will instead pay the IRS fine and rely upon other taxpayers when they get sick.

By refusing to publicly admit how poor they actually are, they've spun tales of costly insurance premiums which don't apply to them.
