I am sure they know that for a publicly traded company to purposely hold back news that will have a effect on its stock price is illegal. You may want to watch what you are posting in a public forum. To hold back any news solely for timing and to try to manipulate the stock price by releasing several announcements in a row is illegal. Companies may hold back news for a limited time only for correction and the addition of more information, however what you are suggesting is that ALYD is purposely holding back news for sake of timing and manipulation. Are you sure that is what Alydaar is planning. Are you sources in Alydaar ? Do they know that what they are doing is considered illegal ? I guess we will find out in Jan. Your post here will serve as a reference. Thank you.
