Ask folks in rural areas how happy they are. Driving 3-4 hours to a "provider". A few months ago I was at Stanford and the transport attendant wheeling me about in my wheel chair told me they are building a huge new wing to accommodate the overwhelming influx of Central California residents that have lost providers under the ACA. He said they regularly stack patients in the hallways wall to wall…patients typically drive hours from the inland cities for health care. Just awesome. "Medicare has raised payment rates to 1,231 hospitals based on two dozen quality measurements, including surveys of patient satisfaction and — for the first time — death rates.
