The endpoint for the Phase III trial was not penetration." He is correct, for once, the successful endpoint for the Zonagen clinical trial WAS different from that used for the trials of other drugs. Zonagen's successful endpoint, as identified in the slide show (slide #6) that Mr. Wexler referenced: Response: increase in # successful intercourses (not just penetration) Successful intercourse: satisfaction of erection & penetration culminating in orgasm during vaginal intromission IMHO, it seems that the Zonagen endpoint would be more difficult for these patients - and therefore the Zonagen results are even more impressive. Others - success = penetration only Vasomax - Success = satisfactory erection, penetration AND orgasm Seems pretty convincing to me!!
