Hi Steve, There are REITs that are losing money because they are not fully occupied but are trading around $20/share. If you had your choice wouldn't you rather own a penny-REIT that made money or a $20-REIT that lost money? This is about hope, a good thing. The only problem with the shampoo business is everybody thinks that they know something about it. That's why having someone like Mr. Dawson is very important. We have to get their attention. Somebody's noticing PELT: Volume almost 550k. Highest volume for a single day last year was 64k. Today's volume ranks 23rd for the year. They haven't come out with the 10-QSB yet unless they leak the report. Best wishes, Bill
