Talk about saying two things at once and saving key strokes. If this company is a rat-hole (yes, it is my opinion that it is -- I don't maintain that my opinion is gospel, though) The literal meaning of gospel is good news. So let's look at your post with that meaning. The other more used meaning and which is what I think the context implies is "true". Let's take a look at it with that substitution.
