I have tons of software, but my very favorite utility and I've had it for years, is Total Commander and I use it every day. It's a file manager, but better than Windows Explorer and does so much more. It has a two-pane layout like "winfile.exe" did in the Windows 3.1 days and makes navigating folders very easy. Total Commander is shareware and there's a minor nag screen when you start it to encourage you to purchase it, but the shareware version works indefinitely. I have the registered version now, but used the shareware version for a long time before I purchased it and after buying it all upgrades are free.
