My concerns are twofold, one his electability and two is his defiance e.g unwillingness to soften the socialism position for pragmatic reasons, I guess his necessary pragmatism.

I kept my far out left wings ideas mostly to myself when working for the state. I worry about his defiance being a personality defect? There needs to be out of the box thinking, but the more far out ,the more pragmatism is needed.

FDR hit the right tone.
