I was talking about Charlotte Rampling, the therapist in Dexter-Season 8. As the story went, she thought of "the
code" that Harry gave to Dex. I thought she was an interesting character for awhile, although the story line ended up very disappointing.

I wasn't referring to author of "Darkly Dreaming Dexter" or whatever the book was called.

BTW, I came across a French film with Charlotte Rampling from about 15 years ago that was pretty good. She and her husband go to some seashore resort. He goes out for a swim when she's sleeping on the beach and never comes back.
