It seems to me somehow, that we cannot push the Dropping Price problem into the corner of MMs or Tax Selling, only. Even the market is not yet open - I would doubt, we will see substantially increased volumes (double or more), just because Tax Selling.
On the other hand, *if* we would see tax sellings - who would be the buyers to pickup the stocks ? If there would be somebody to buy - WHY should they do so ?
I try to make out "sence" of this issue (as far as possible) and would assume the following scenario:

- If (at all) we would have "Tax Sellings" in the next 2-3 remaining trading days, the CAPR Price -must- drop - because NO obvious reason for Buyers tanking up.

- If there are NO "Tax Sellings" (and nevertheless) still dropping prices, then this is just the result for the shareholder friendly activity of CAPR managment: Due uncertaincy caused by the lack of information/orientation/news more-more investors will drop the shares - NO MATTER at which prices. In that second case, the question is only WHO and WHEN will be fed up to drop the share WHEN and at WHATEVER prices. In that scenario, the price should drop -slowly- but steadily.

No matter, which theory: it should imply to sell now and buy later. Only risk: there are some unpublished results (like quarter end etc.), which might "sky-rocket" this stock overnight. But - as mentioned before - no news/information etc. indicates something, like this.

Anybody, any other theory ? Regards,

Stefan
