Throwing out fundementals and just using the above info
would it be reasonable to suggest:
1. The closer a stock is to its 52 week low the lower the
downside potential.
2. The farther a stock is from its 52 week high the more
upside potential.

The Hi - Low apx is absolute values of 52WkHi - 52WkLow
and the higher this number the "better" the investment.
