Mohan, about basing your opinion on <<http://www.expressindia.com/newads/intel/19971226/3600046.htm>> I am reluctant about the credibility of these kind of web-articles for * They pretent expertise (This one pretends to be a report by reference to some source in Houston without telling what actually the source is) * They do not report why, how, what etc... * They do not differentiate opinion from facts * They neither provide a justification for its argument nor give the counter argument for the contrary. I have seen this post at least on three different threads. Do you think this article is worth for that kind of dissemination.
