"You don't hand someone a free house because an affidavit was not signed properly."

jlallen when caught in a blatant lie:

"Of course it was fraud"

you seem confused.

jlallen:

"the actual effect of the robosigning in NH was not very significant"

yet….

in 2007, according to the State of NH, there 2,000 plus foreclosures in NH.

The crisis peaked in 2010 with foreclosure rates 3 times higher nationwide than in 2007.

Based on comparable rates of foreclosure, NH had about 10,000 homes foreclosed. Yet the State settled for less than 500k.

yup, NH is as corrupt as any other State and so is its court system. Mr. Compassion thinks throwing 10,000 families out into the street because of bank fraud is fair and just and not very significant.
