But you said that "When AMD has better products they prosper". And AMD was prospering, with their Hammer products that were widely acknowledged to be superior to Intel's long-in-the-tooth, reactionary, marketing-driven architectures. (I.e. Netburst, "Yamhill".)
By what definition were AMD's products superior as you say above? Careful now that you don't just repeat "Parts is Parts" and back yourself into a corner. Address all the factors that OEMs consider.
LOL, YOU wrote that, not me, in response to an article about AMD achieving widespread acclaim for their products success in the marke at that time.

Let me state that again: The explanation for AMD prospering was because they had better products- was yours.
