Gary, right..and thanks. that data is valuable. I agree that accumulation is occurring.

I have real time too. What I mean about "delayed" is this: it is my understanding that when two "big boys" want to facilitate a trade, the negotiations take place prior to the transaction. Once the deal is sealed, the transaction occurs. If the stock has moved in the time the negotiations took place, (5-10 minutes or whatever), then I see a trade that is "old". If I am a buyer of 50K shares, (ah! what a concept!) I'll try and get the cheapest price I can, (under the bid?) If the stock has moved down in the meantime, my "buy" could look like a "sell" I understand your methodology, but I am unclear as to the logistics and time line on these big trades. ( If the stock is not moving, then the point is moot.)

Looks like somebody may have seen TIME yesterday...
