No it doesn't. I know many people that were swallowed up by greed during the bubble.

They paid the price through destroyed credit, loss of home, etc.

Banksters paid no price at all. In fact, they were rewarded with massive bonuses.

The foreclosure process was co-opted by the banksters. When you, as a lender, have to resort to faking documents in order to "document" chain of title, the the foreclosure should be thrown out.

If homeowners have to follow the law, why shouldn't the banksters?
