That passage relates to persons who are entitled to notice of the sale, i.e., persons with recorded liens appearing in the registry of deeds which are recorded within the prescribed period prior to the sale.....LOL!!! IOW, if you have a recorded lien within 30 days of the scheduled sale date(50 days as of January 1, 2016) you are entitled to receive the same notice of sale as the owner.... What a f'ing moron you are.....stick to your crackpot conspiracy theories.....you obviously can't read a simple statutory provision. I am ready to accept your apology when you are ready to man up. You are and have been wrong since you started your crazy rant. Now STFU and start apologizing. Or are you without integrity? We shall see.
