My fractional shares weren't rounded up following the reverse split, contrary to what was promised in the Information Statement issued by PEN.

According to the Statement:
Fractional Shares:
No scrip or fractional shares will be issued. If, as a result of the Reverse Stock Split, a stockholder will otherwise become entitled to receive a fractional share of common stock, the Company will round up to one whole share of common stock.

Is it a mistake or is Rickert pulling a fast one? Check your holdings.
