Don't skip over'em so fast Jeffrey.

1. Chase was given not just any kind of stock, but REG. S. Stock that with every trade is pure dilution. (a slap in the face of all shareholders)

2. Chase STILL HAS MORE SHARES. THEY ARE NOT "out of the way". Once prices start to rise again you will see more come out.

3. Do you have any idea why Gruder keeps on doing Reg. S. offerings ?
will it ever end ??? Now once CHASE's shares are gone we still have the other 150,000 Reg. S. shares from the most recent stock offering that was done at $15.00
