Tom: When did Ericsson claim that CDMA would not work? Who at Ericsson claimed it? Can you give references to support your statements or at least give a reason why you think it so. I've been following the company for four years and I've never seen a statement to that effect. What's more, your statements just don't make sense from Ericsson's point of view. Ericsson has expended considerable effort to get W-CDMA chosen as the European standard by ETSI. Why should they have done this if they don't have a workable model? lvsingman
