Tom, I am getting a little concerned the more I look into the situation. I talked to the CFO at Newcare, and found out that the new management is from Retirement Care Assoc(RCA-NYSE). When I started checking them out, I find out that they have had BIG losses the last two years, lawsuits for false statements, and a statement from the auditing firm that the SEC forms for 96 and 97 are in error. Check out this info at biz.yahoo.com on RCA. This, at first glance doesn't look all that great to me. Also, I am still wondering why we haven't heard ANYTHING from IHNI, and why the IHNI stock has not moved at all after this news? What the hell is going on that we aren't finding out about? I am going to try and make some calls today to try and find out. If you find anything, keep me posted. Kevin
