Soup:

when's apple promising to deliver on Rhapsody for both MAC and PC (third quarter).
My understanding is that
Rhapsody is a UNIX based operating and, as such, can run any software
in a native mode with all the bells and whistles and speed to boot.

Do people think AAPL will license Rhapsody or will they keep this OS proprietory like previous OS's? I think AAPL could make a nice run by manufacturing both intel and PC hardware based systems, while also licensing to other vendors.

Maybe AAPL is going to keep OS 8 as a properietory systems and license Rhapsody. This seems to make a lot of sense...but whoever said AAPL made obvious business decsions.

Apple should have delivered Rhapsody a long time ago.
