Yes, it was KMR and rolled up with KMP... KMR was considered a completely different animal from a tax viewpoint, which is why I had so much of it... all distributions were paid in stock... remember that all MLPs pay distributions, not "qualified" dividends... well, not all of it is... MLP distributions are part dividend and part return of capital... that last part is what makes straight out MLPs somewhat less desirable to hold in retirement accts... whereas KMR didn't matter... and it had a nice distribution history -- while it lasted...
