I was in Kingston On. This week attending an eye clinic at Hotel Dieu Hospital .

For the 3-4 hours there, I met a fellow from the James Bay area, living on the Kashechewan 1st nation reserve.

In conversation with him, found he was very familiar with the Constance Lake 1st nation reserve area as he had worked in a diamond mine nearby. He was not familiar with Zenyatta Ventures when I asked him if he knew about Zen.

He told me the area where the Zen mine would likely be is covered with deep rock and small trees with muskeg. He did not think flooding would be a problem with the Albany river.

The big problem he could see would be roads due to 4-5 feet of snow and in the spring and early fall , flooding most likely.

The road to Hearst from Constance Lake is gravel with lots of potholes and soft road surface would be a big problem for heavy loaded trucks carrying material to Hearst from a mine.
