Gary, thanks. Your post explained it all. So the so-called ion beam implanter is not a stepper and not threatening to Cymi's existence.

This is the kind of technical help for non-semi technical peope like myself needed. Many thanks, Gary.

Yakov, IF people know the threatening technology is already viable and Cymi's DUV laser is going to be obsolete for sure, there will be very few people
willing to pay a high PE for this stock. This stock can achieve a higher PE only when people realize this laser technology is the game at least for now and forseeable future. And there is no imminent threat.

I also feel alternative technology is much more threatening than the bulldoser manufacturer etc because Cymi does have patent and know-how to protect its technology superiority. If an alternative technology is born, Cymi would face extinguishment immediately.

The confort all Cymi share holders can have so far is, although many companies and entities announcing "breakthroughs" one after another, the light source for the world's fab will probably continue to be Cymi's (for the critical layers). Yakov, thank you for your sound advice any way.
