Do not presume to speak for "all shareholder" regarding your feelings toward ASND mgt. I take it you feel animosity toward management - that is your perogative-vote your proxy at the next S/H meeting as a "Nay". Daniel, Good point to Tom. I have had a bad year but I do have a choice to vote against current management or to change securities.I am comfortable with management so plan on staying the path. Glenn
