Apparently Quebec Securities regulators do monitor bulletin boards and have laid charges in the past . I have included a link to an incident where charges were laid for using misleading and false information on an investment discussions board . It must be emphasized that in this case the charges were all later withdrawn ca.finance.yahoo.com
