I agree, its a joke. These stocks have great flipping for profits written all over them. I wouldn't doubt if insiders are accumulating big time, why wouldn't they at these fire sale prices. The restructuring plan is not going to be finalized till Jan/feb 98. The underlining assets of all these companies is much greater than the current share prices being traded. Year end selling, panicked small investors seeing bankruptcy. I don't see bankruptcy, SGV through Pierre Gauthier have control of these companies. This share volatility within the group of companies is a great opportunity for SGV to make some desperate cash profits, which we know they are active traders of. The Genoil aggreement money will probably be raised through this volitile trading in the next 30-40 days. SGV and KWG are the main holdings, the others will be sold off, SGV and KWG will then be completely in a position to move forward. SGV and KWG, in my opinion have underlining value of at least $1-2 respectively.

Flip for profits until they are relisted on the big boards.
