Jack: The Series A Pfd. Shares in the recent registrations belong to ProBridge Futures, part of the funding efforts prior to the Y2K announcements. ProBridge Futures has already sold their shares, though they may still have their warrants. However they did the sale of the shares, they stand to have made a ton of money in a very short period of time. The ProBridge Futures shares along with the Bathgate-McColley shares put over 3 million shares into the public float. Thus, when demand dried up in December, and we were getting no new news, those 3 million shares are a simple and logical explanation for the price drop. They haven't been reabsorbed into strong hands yet. The rest of your analysis checks with what I uncovered when I reviewed the registrations.
