I was told by Gary Robinson that WNCR was going to soar up to $5.00 min. There are so many Gary's out there and if the VSE/BCSC ever got a hold of them they would end up behind bars for BShi$ing everyone.Remember that 99% of all promoters are CROOKS and all they want to do is sell you their stock. Only if you really knew what goes on out there:(
