NDB charges .01 on whole order over 5000 shares only on NYSE and AMEX.

NASDAQ and OTC are no limit to block size for your one commission charge.(I've done it on both.) Another nice feature is if you buy and sell a stock in the early am, you can trade that baby all day without incurring additional commission charges.(I've done it.) That's what really makes them worth it. Also, your trade, if at market, usually executed within 15 seconds maximum, unless tons of orders flowing in at market, then you may have to wait an extra 30 seconds. OTC is fairly slow, don't know why.
