No mound of dirt shows. Since it is of a slightly darker color, I assume it is the top soil for all trees/plants to come.
But what of the circle in the middle?
Perhaps a helipad?
Perhaps a buried nuke to start WW III?
More likely, just the landing pad for Outer Space visitors.

From the stock price as of late, you can tell that they've had some issues with turning the crank to get it started.
