Gary, thanks. diplomacy rules.
My take on volume, which I have been trying to understand for at least 10 years, please make any comments you wish;
1. Don't short on light volume.
2. Volume is lighter than normal when the stock is under accumulation.
3. Volume MUST be heay during distribution.
4. Light volume on a steep uptrend break is not distribution.
5. You seldom see heavy volume on a strong base.
6. New highs on low volume is a good thing if you are long.
7. Buying on dips AFTER big volume run ups is safer than buying on big volume run ups.
8.I hope I'm in 50% lower when the big volume big move up happens.
9. When the regular folks hate the stock because they got beat up and held on, and then they sell after all hope is gone, and they did'nt buy puts or sell calls on the way down, and everything looks about as terrible as it could possiby look, I am looking at the fundamentals and looking for my technical buy signals.

I follow DeMarks theories. I've got multiple technical buy signals on ASND and have for about a month. I believe the stock is under accumulation and the fund managers that are buying it will let us know in about 30 days. My target is 47. I think the CEO is about as hard a** as they come, he won't settle for 2nd place. I like him a lot. downside risk is the company can go BK.
