According to my very latest S&P report, they have dropped INVX rating from 5 stars to 4 stars to 3 stars now within a month, saying that DD companies as well as other parts & component suppliers have been warning of overcapacity & lowering earning expectations for the dec. quater, They had thought that mitigating factors would make INVX immune, but now think it may be affected as well. They cut our fiscal 1998 EPS estimate to $2.3 from $2.5 as a result.
