PTE Loan repayments query, from MD&A:

Are they really paying 12% (already paid?) plus 25% and the original $400k, all due this March?
" As of May 17, 2014, the loan became interest bearing at 12% per annum. This note was renegotiated to bear interest at 25% per annum, as of March 31, 2015, and to be repayable on or before March 30, 2016."

Plus there is a $250k guarantee, "As of March 31, 2015 this guarantee fee was increased from 12% per annum to 25% per annum and has been extended to March 30, 2016."

This is on the whole $250k or the loan balance, is that another $67k/year?

Seems like this "significant shareholder" McAllister Holdings is bleeding PTE dry?
