I agree that not all of the acquisitions made will be a good fit. Asia is not out of the woods yet, as I understand the region
the most important factor for reconciliation would be for
Japan's banking sector to make major reforms. Are you familiar with this situation? What are your views on it?

As you pointed out this is not only a US problem, but should effect Europe as well. It seems to me that many analysts are now pushing Europe as a good place for offshore investment. My thoughts are that Europe would be no better or worse than the US, depending on the
sector you are interested in.

Asian problems look huge now , I am trying to look down the road a bit and see if they will look the same in one or two years. With the devaluation of their markets, and their currency, I think some investments made at the right time could be good. In other words an
opportunity to gain on the value of the investment and the currency.
