Tom. We purchased at 1 3/4 largely on comments on the stocks for
98 thread.I also liked the fact that they were debt free and under book value. Kids will probably hold for next year or two or
until they need some money.

What I dont understand is the future ramifications of the class action
suit. What are your thoughts?
