SystemWizard and USB products have simply not met the aggressive company/analyst projections to date. No disastrous news out of SYSF, they are still profitable, just not growing at the rate that investors and analysts were hoping for. There has really been no new bad news since the stock dropped from around 13 to 8 after a disappointing report 2 quarters ago. Recently the stock has been pounded from 10 to 4 for no additional major bad news, but simply a matter of housecleaning and tax-loss selling...and a general revaluation of what the company is worth. I sincerely believe the market has come full circle and gone from a valuation that was way too high to a valuation which is now way too low.

I fully expect SYSF to trade at $6 or better before the end of January as it gets a bounce when the tax-loss selling and window-dressing is finally over.

Of course, I could be wrong...it wouldn't be the first time with this stock.

Mark.
