She's not trying to do anything but play to the crowd. I have already explained it to you...but you are a willing victim of your side's marketing work. Again, if she was merely trying to play to the crowd she'd go along with the wild promises Sanders is making. Instead she's saying that you can't do these things...not an easy message to deliver to people who want things.
