Bruce, You are correct,however it doesn't matter when the AGM is held if the basic facts come out.Maxam could easily become the mutual fund of the desert dirts.Look at the properties they own.They could spin off several companies.Comments please? Respectively J.L.T. Happy Holidays Everyone
