Wording is very interesting. "not aware of any material, undisclosed corporate developments" Note the "material" modifier - if Tahoe has yet to make a formal offer, then the news release is most probably legally truthful. Tahoe could be preparing an offer, but until it is actually presented, it doesn't mean diddly squat. Lakeshore probably wants to contain the share price until an offer is received. I think Otto's description is closer to what is actually happening. incakolanews.blogspot.pe Market does not believe the news release. I am not selling off any traders in the hopes of buying back 10% lower. The end game is just too close. Debenture trading prior to the halt was based on the assumption of an imminent buyout. And someone bought over $2 million worth of the convertible debentures last week.
