State owned businesses getting their heads handed to then by privately owned competitive businesses also in China.

The banks are holding the state owned debt.

Banks collapse when they lose their working capital (From non performing loans).

There will be some massive blood letting if the Chinese bank beaureaucrats know what is quickest for their economy to recover and grow.

Chinese cronyism will have a price to pay.
