Thanks Darth for your interesting list of Short Picks. I wish more people would post their short-lists here. It's too much AOL and YAHOO all over the place here nowadays. Wishful thinking guys & dolls, Wall Street loves these puppies, at least for now, the immediate future!!!!
Darth: Most of the companies you have listed here I don't know. What they all have in common is a not so good looking chart pattern.
Some are rapidly approaching their year lows or have been beaten down already quite a bit.
Which one would you pick right now as the "hottest short" for 1998 so-to-speak?
BFPT looks pretty nasty to me, but again I have no sufficient insight, and I noticed a high amount of open interest on the call side and a small number of outstanding put contracts.
What made you decide to short AHP?
I noticed that ZONA and AVNT do not appear on the list.
Would you mind to elaborate a little further?

Michael B.
