We are due for a correction in gold and the gold stocks but this is a seasonally strong period and daily momentum is very strong.
No way I can pick a short term top.
However, from a longer term perspective, this week's action was very important - will post some analysis later.
I join my voice with some of the top gold analysts in calling the mid January fakeout breakdown the end of the bear market in precious metal stocks.

Stewart Thompson had a great line this week.
For the value investor, viewing drawdowns as an error is like calling the concrete foundation of house an error. There is no error.
