...Because each speech says "I'll remember this "donation", and the larger it is, the better I will remember it"... That's why I don't vote for ANY of the bums. They are all lying self-dealing frauds driven by money and power. Any fool who thinks he is actually making a difference by voting is a simpleton. If you want results you pay...up front. Case in point is the carry interest tax scheme that allows hedge fund managers to pay only 15 percent maximum tax rate on BILLIONS of personal income...like Mitt Rommey. This loophole is guarded by BOTH parties because they get paid millions from Romney et al...up front. The little guy pays but he doesn't count. The defender of that particular loophole right now is Chuck Schumer..a democrat because it's his turn. Both parties take turns defending this cash cow. The fool voter doesn't know and doesn't care.
