It doesn't matter where you're born. Were the early Presidents born in the United States? In fact, they were all born British subjects in British colonies. Except for Andrew Jackson, who before he though about running for President, told people he was born on a ship on the way to the colony of South Carolina. He was certainly born a British subject.

But then you probably figure people born at sea don't have countries.
