Those evil Republicans want to end entitlements such as these...give you a voucher for 24 bucks to spend wherever you want.

Of course there are those like the 80 year old Evangelical grocery bagger who says those aren't entitlements because she paid in all her life and therefore she is "entitled" to ten times the amount she ever contributed. She's an old white American...that's why.
