First of all, I've read the facts. Why are you getting so intense about this stock? Relax please. You can't buy every stock that comes around. I received their investment packet and did have a chance to look at it. There are a couple of items i did not realize. First, Each ANDA they file on an extended release generic is going to be contested. This leaves a by law 30 month delay between filing and approval. That is the law. After 30 months all lawsuits are exonerated and the drug is approved. Since they just recently filed their first ANDA's, the first approvals should come in 2 years. Thats a long time to sit. Second they seem to have disclosed all of their JV's: Watson, Ivax and Mylan and of course Sepracor come to mind. They have only filed on those initial 2 drugs so far. I like the stock and I'll probably buy some eventually I just don't think its any rush. You know the story, you like what you see, you own it. Its a company I am planning on keeping an eye on.
