Until we see a better chart on the SPX, I see a test from below of a breakdown then a decline today to test the recent lows... so it is probably do or die here... if we don't get a turn-a-round-tuzie day where it starts out scary then reverses to close up, I'll be very worried. I've been "light" compared to typical on equities as a percentage of the portfolio since late last year (plus I only put in about 25% of the cash from Altera back into stocks to give me the highest cash I can recall to end a year) but I'm still buying selectively.

One stock actually hit my "Auto Buy" level today but I guess too many followers were in front of me as my order didn't fill and the stock reversed and closed up over a buck higher than that buy point. Missed by a penny or maybe I'll get another shot at it tomorrow. We shall see.

BTW, the "trouble" with all these indicators you post.... "everybody" knows to look for them so I believe the programs and big money movers use that. I'm happier trading top shelf semi stocks that aren't well loved and using auto buy and sell limit orders to get the tail end of the whips snapping around from the ETF traders forcing big levels of buys and sells that swing these up and down more than organic buying and selling would.
